Our Cocoon swaddles are designed to be easy to use and difficult to escape. This zip-up swaddle is TOG (Total Warmth) certified to keep baby warm and secure from day one, without complicated swaddling. This 1.0 TOG swaddle can be used alone at room temperatures between 21 and 24°C (70 and 75°F), without a blanket in the crib or bed, for safe sleep for a newborn or baby. The Cocoon swaddle is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton and bamboo natural fibers with a touch of spandex. This makes it firm enough to limit the startle reflex while still offering plenty of flexibility and freedom of movement for healthy growth. Its elasticity allows for full chest expansion during breathing, increased comfort, and lets baby place their hands comfortably inside the sleep sack. The soft and breathable organic cotton and bamboo are certified non-toxic, dyed with water-based dyes, and gentle on newborn and eczema-prone skin. A zipper also protects your child's delicate skin, and convenient snaps at the arms allow you to transform the Cocoon sleep sack from an inward-facing to an outward-facing position when baby starts rolling over. Its bell shape, approved by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute, is beneficial for hip health and promotes proper development of the hip and shoulder joints. Finally, the double-slider zipper makes diaper changes quick and easy during sleep, without disturbing them.
