Gustine preformed ones offer 3 carrying positions: front, back and hip. They are not designed for ergonomic carrying facing the world. Hip carrying allows baby to look at the world when awake, but when tired, he has the option of resting his head against the carrier.

Gustine preformed carriers have passed several tests to guarantee their safety. The preformed baby carriers are all ATM F2237-16a certified . In addition, they have passed tests to certify the structure, fabric and flammability. All fabrics are OKEO-TEX certified and free of toxic substances . The foam of the preformed carriers is antibacterial and anti-mold.

The most important step before using your Gustine is to WASH it!

Although our fabric is pre-washed, the Gustine manufacturing process is not complete until the fiber has swollen, filling the space provided in the carrier fabric. Not washing your Gustine before its first use leaves empty spaces between the stitches, which weakens the weave and also increases the risk of fibers shifting and premature wear.

SOAP

• A mild soap, without optical brightener (whitening agent), without fabric softener.
• Baby soaps are not recommended.
• No powdered soap (powder residue can damage the fabric fiber).
• Rinse the soap well if it is not a no-rinse soap.

WASHING

• Hand wash in cold water.
• Wring out well, especially the padding for preformed items.

DRYING

• Remove as much water as possible from the padding.
• Hang to dry. Do not tumble dry.
• Avoid direct heat sources and do not iron.
