Small - 44 to 49 cm head circumference (4 to 18 months*)
Medium - 49 to 54 cm head circumference (2 to 3 years*)
Large - 54 to 59 cm head circumference (4 years and up*)
If you are unsure, take a size larger, it will last longer!
